Settings

Every tab under Settings: Workspace, Security, Notifications, Your AI accounts and Compliance, and what each one controls.

Open More, then Settings. It has five tabs.

Workspace#

  • Identity. The workspace's name. Only Owners and Admins can rename it.
  • Organization details. Legal name, website, industry, company size, support email, phone, address, city, country and tax or VAT ID, for your own records and receipts.
  • Zoom recordings. The Zoom account ID that links Zoom Cloud Recordings to this workspace. See Meeting minutes.

Security#

  • Data retention. How long chats and history are kept, and a Legal hold switch that pauses deletion until you turn it off.
  • Multi-factor authentication. Set up two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, which shows you recovery codes, and turn it off with a code. An administrator can require it for everyone in the workspace.
  • Sessions. The places you are signed in, so you can end the others.
  • Delete the workspace (Owners) and delete your account. See Delete your data.

Notifications#

What you are told about, and how.

Your AI accounts#

Your own Claude, ChatGPT or compatible account, and the order they are tried in. See Use your own AI model. Administrators can also set the workspace's default model provider.

Compliance#

For administrators:

  • Data export for one member: everything held about them.
  • Right to erasure for one member, confirmed by typing their email.
  • Audit trail export: audit events as JSON, for a time window you choose.

See Data subject requests.

Elsewhere in the app#

Some controls live on their own pages rather than in Settings: Connect AI (tokens), Team (members and invitations), Spaces, Billing, Audit and Usage. See App navigation.
